Negative Aspect of Cefalo: Reviews Glassdoor

  • Most of the teams are small

  • Engineering growth trajectory maybe a bit challenging if you're an individual with fast pacing ambitions

  • There is work pressure sometimes that get on employee's nerves.

  • Scarcity of projects, mismanagement decision taking incapability

  • Sometimes, may not like the tech stack that you got to work on. But it's just plain luck

  • Less learning opportunity.

  • Starting salary for associate post is not dependent on the performance of internship. The recruitment management does not care about internship performance

  • Different teams at Cefalo have different stacks and structure. None of them are the same. So, it mostly depends on your team.

  • Since most of the clients are startups, they don't really use advanced tools. And this can be a big problem for people who wants to learn or wants to advance their career.

  • Cefalo has talented engineers, but I feel that perhaps the projects are not offering many challenges in terms of technical difficulty.
